I've been using Absolutely Cool for about 12 years. I continue to use them because the guys that service my AC unit are really good workers. They usually send someone out twice a year to make sure everything is going well with my AC. Recently, a new person has been coming, but he is friendly and can usually answer anything. I would recommend their services.
