I had an idea of what I wanted and they didn't waste any time in the showroom explaining the difference in carpets I was looking at. When they came to the house with samples, they didn't push the most expensive carpet at me. In fact, she recommended a less expensive carpet than the one I was considering.
I had stairs and upstairs re-carpeted and had some wood laminate installed in a walk-in closet and adjacent hallway. Both sets of installers were great. Fast and clean. I had almost no clean up to do when they left. Poor guy that installed the laminate had to cut down all of the baseboards - I think he lost a few lbs running up and down the stairs. He did an amazing job in the closet. I had him leave the closet doors off it looks so good! Thank you Mac Flooring!
