I did a consultation with Jerry in the middle of 2015 at the FM office to see how she could improve my neck area. She informed me that they could do this in 8-10 sessions at $99 each so I booked them with her. After 8 sessions Jerry said she could see no improvements and suggested I buy another package of 6 so I did as well as one full face session. They also upgraded this package to speed the process along so they said. After those sessions were completed they once again said no change and asked for my money for another 6 sessions and as already this deep in decided to spend more money. I just recently finished not only my 20th neck session but two full face session and was told no improvement since day one but they would call me on the next step. I have left many messages including talking on the phone to the owner John who said he was shocked no one got back to me!
I followed that up with a email to John on the 1st of Oct. and till this day not one reply! They will take your money but will not get you any results and worse off wont try to fix what they promised since day one. I have also reported them to other sites as everyone needs to know that they our just looking to take your money, nothing else!
