I have to say that Travis from Humboldt Moving & Storage Co., Inc. was very calm and thorough in the middle of a tough situation.
What happened is that it turned out that they under quoted us originally. Whoever came and gave us the estimate under estimated how much time it was going to take, so, on the last day they ran out of time to move all of our stuff and it was Travis who worked with his supervisor to figure out a way to move us on time.
At the end, it came down to him coming in on his day off with other workers that he recruited also on their day off so that they could get us move in the middle of a storm and on time. I have to say that they did it with very positive attitudes and they were all very helpful and eager to get it done.
So, you can't really ask for more than that when you are in the middle of a stressful situation. Humboldt really has dedicated employees and and I want to make sure that they know because it really came down to Travis making it happen. The other guys were great and worked really hard, but if hadn't figured out the situation for us, we probably wound't have been satisfied.
