I changed the moving date at least two or three times, and never one time did Humboldt Moving & Storage act disgruntled or anything. They were always very obliging. They came and got the job done, and the people doing it were good. One fellow stood out-his name was Blade- he didn't just walk, he ran to get everything done. I couldn't believe it! He was very nice to talk to as well. He was very friendly and polite, and he answered all our questions. He was very detail-oriented in putting the beds together and placing them correctly for us. He was not the official foreman, but he certainly did a good job acting in that capacity. The movers got the job done really quickly and did a good job. The lady in the office whom I talked to on the phone was also very nice and professional. She was very accommodating with my schedule changes, and when I called them back after the move to compliment Blade (he really was just outstanding) she passed that on for me. She did a nice job helping with everything. The price was very surprising- it was a little lower than their first estimate. On top of that, nothing was broken or scratched, to our knowledge. We are very pleased with them. I would sure recommend them!
