Very bad experience !

Had parts installed that did not need Installed! I asked for a diagnosis then a part to be fixed they never diagnosed and just installed the part which was not even bad! My car was pulled up so far that the bumper was rubbed up against curb! Very unprofessional people when I call to come to some sort of agreement they don't respond. If you want to take your car somewhere I would not recommended coming here whatsoever !

This customer bought used parts for his car and called us to install the parts. We installed the parts as asked and were not asked to diagnose the problem at the time. The used parts may have been bad!
He did call us at 8PM to talk about the problem. Unfortunately, we are open until 5pm. He did this twice. I left a message on his phone to call between 8 and 5 daily. He never called. As a customer, you can rest assured this would never happen to you. After 34 years and 1000's of satisfied customers, we will make sure you are satisfied with our work and pricing!
