I've used DuPage Auto Werks a few times now and completely trust their service. The first time I took my car there because it was making a funny squealing noise and I couldn't figure it out. They had the car for a couple days and checked everything out but they didn't see it either. This is when I learned, first hand, about their payment policy when they offer to "take a look". If they can not identify the problem, then there is no charge at all. So many times the look alone was expensive and a few even cost more than the actual repair itself. When I experienced this for myself, I was sold. The icing on the cake though was finding out how educated and knowledgeable they are. They know a lot about my vehicle in particular, the Volkswagen Touareg, and that is definitely reassuring. They are absolutely my top choice and highest recommendation for anyone needing a quality shop.
