I hired Custom Exchange to install new Alside replacement windows in my house, and I'm very pleased with the job they did. From the estimate process through the final trim work they were friendly, knowledgeable and detailed. The only reason I'm not giving them an "excellent" rating for "service" is because of a couple of small misunderstandings that I had to clear up, and also I found it rude that they all spoke Polish to each other in front of me, giving me the impression they didn't want me to know what they were discussing. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the quality of their workmanship and I highly recommend them!
