I had to pay Pacific Palisades an extra fourteen-hundred dollars. The reason for the air-conditioner malfunction was misdiagnosed, and they had to replace the compressor and the unit. Bud is very nice and efficient, but he did misdiagnose the problem this time. Other than this misdiagnosis, he is usually very helpful.
