National Home Improvements just completed our roofing, door, portico, and siding project... our house is lovely... just as we had hoped it would be. Ralph and his team did an amazing job. While global supply chain issues delayed the start of our project, the communication from Ralph was on point. He was always available when I reached out to him, but more importantly, he proactively reached out to keep us updated and to check-in to be sure our expectations were being met. He was mindful of the different details that were important to me and those that were important to my husband. The foreman and the entire construction team all worked in unison to keep our project moving forward, and they were open to our homeowner inquiries and interactions. Everyone involved was focused on completing our project to our satisfaction and within budget... and it was! I am sure that we will work together on another project again soon. At the highest level of confidence, I would recommend him to our family and friends.
