I called and needed emergency repair done on a commercial over head door.. I was guaranteed it would be repaired that day. The tech called me and said he would be at my shop by 11am but didn't arrive until 2pm. He took measurements and said he would go order the springs and they would be here in 3 days, so much for fixed the same day. 5 business days later he showed up with the new springs and installed them. I was told at the beginning the springs were $800 a pair when i paid the bill they charged me $1600 for the pair plus install. afterwords I got a price from a more reputable outfit and the complete springs were $696 for the pair. I caution anyone to stay away from this place as they are dishonest crooks. I wont even get into the way I was treated when i called because the tech was late. This is the worst company I have ever done business with STAY AWAY!!!!!!
