I have a shop in Longmont, one of the doors had a spring break. So I called them up. They said there was 100.00 service call. Ok I thought, I need to get it done.
They come up and look at it and give me and est of over $2000.00 to replace the two springs on one door. I gave them their 100.00 service call fee and told them to leave, they have insulted me enough. The service man gets in his truck and stays there. Next thing I know is I'm getting a phone call from a manager. Asking what he could do. (he's nothing but a used car sales man trying to close the deal.) But some how the deal went from over 2k down to 899.00. Maybe a small amount of mark up you think?
Still was high but I needed it done and they said they could have it done the next day do to it being special springs. Ok I can deal with that. A week later they show up. The tech was nice (had to barrow a ladder lol.) he installed the springs and left. Door worked good for awhile. Then it started coming back down.
So three months later I call them. They tell me that their work is only warrantied for 30 days. And it will cost me an additional 89.00 to adjust their faulty repair.
So I started doing some checking around. This company goes under multiple names. (neighborhood garage door services, Denver choice garage door services, and a few others, be careful some have closed)
This is lowest of companies to deal with. Their web is blue and yellow with a 45.00 off coupon on it. STAY AWAY. They are the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
