First off, I received a call at 7:38am stating they were going to be late for our 7:00am appointment by 20 minutes. At 8:40 I received another call by the technician asking for the gate code which I gave the gentleman that called me at 7:38 to make sure they had easy access. When I got home from work, I was happy to see a door that opened (from having a broken spring) but EXTREMELY $@!#% to see grease and lubrication dripping all over my Camaro sitting in the garage. Not to mention all over the garage floor and my wife's vehicle which was coming off the top garage door rail. I understand the new springs need to be oiled/lubricated but when it's dripping from the springs all down the inside of the door onto the top rail.......don't ya think it's going to drip when it's raised? When it does, be professional and clean it up!! How hard is that? Obviously for this company.....it's hard!! I called and left 3 messages for the manager and yet have received a call back!! NOT HAPPY!!!
