Last year I used Advanced to clean my air ducts. I was still having a problem with a lot of dust. I called & they made an appt. with me to assess the situation. After finding out that something was originally overlooked they immediately rectified the situation. Alex is an extremely hard worker & explained everything to me including taking pictures of the work done. Alex was very thorough with his work! His assistant Anthony is new to the company but is learning the ropes from his excellent teacher Alex! I told him that one of the guys Francisco who was here previously was also a very hard worker! Only to find out he is Alex's brother! Kudos to their family for raising such polite and outstanding guys!
Also, for this company for old-fashioned values of pleasing the customer and making sure they are happy with the results!
