I called Overhead Door of Charlotte at 11:07 am to make an appointment to get my garage door repaired. I was expecting it to be a day or two before they could get to me. I received a call from Nicholas at 12:30pm telling me he would be at my house by 2pm and at 1:45 pm he called and said he would be there in 7 minutes. 25 minutes later he had assessed the repairs needed and repaired my door. Great service and service in the same day that you call!
