A charge that should not have happened
Apparently, after 30 days you have to pay for work that was not done correctly in the first place. I'm not inclined to use them again. The electrical power went out last week and I had to open the door manually. But the door would not raise all the way manually. I called DGS as they had installed a new spring and rollers in late June so the door would open. Yes, the door opened manually befor the old spring broke. The DGS technician that came out today, nice enough guy, said the spring had to be adjusted so that the door would work manually. I expected he would do that and be on his way. Well to my surprise, he said it would be $150.00 to make a few adjustments. Appears that after 30 days, you have to pay for work that wasn't done correctly in the first place.
