Jeff came out on a Sunday, replaced the broken spring on my garage door and installed a new opener, plus some miscellaneous repairs to the garage door itself. He was very professional, knew exactly what needed to be done, discussed everything with me up front, gave me a couple of very nice discounts due to the volume of service I needed, and completed the job in a very timely manner.
