i purchased this system from Crystal Clear Concepts and have had them move my $7k system once at no charge.. now i have just purchased a new home and Your Water Matters is wanting to charge me starting $1k to install at my new home... and to top it the charged me $499 in July of this year for a maintenance contract to keep the warranty of my system ... here's the icing on this turd... they said if i get someone else to move and install it then i void that warranty.
