As a brand new customer I have just seen that they have double charged me for my first month. Building positive relationships with new customers should include transparency and explanations of how billing works. I am unsatisfied and extremely disgruntled, especially considering that they aren’t even providing the necessary products for the filtering system when doing their maintenance, that is the salts and resins. At this time I would not recommend them until they have corrected all of this and shown in good faith that customer care is their priority.
