Terrible company with terrible service. They took over Crystal Clear Concepts, which is who we bought our water filtration system from 3 years ago. We have paid a monthly fee that covers lifetime warranty on parts and free removal and re-installation of your unit in the case that you move. We are moving and now that Your Water Matters has taken over Crystal Clear Concepts they will not honor the agreement for the free removal and re-install, so if we want to take it with us we will have to pay over $1,000 for something that should be free because of our service agreement that we pay for monthly. We were not even notified that they were taking over even though a technician came to our house a few weeks ago to service our unit. This is so wrong.
