I’m not sure if they changed names or owners? I need to try them again. We loved Crystal Clear concepts for years. They installed our water filtration system 5 years ago and did an excellent job, and the water quality is great. However, I was told if I paid $29.95 a month that I would have free cleanings of the system twice a year. Well as of 6 months ago they started wanting to charge me $300 for cleaning the system. That is a lot of money to spend $30 a month and then $300 twice a year for cleaning. So sadly I haven’t been able to get my system cleaned for months. 😭 I really loved Crystal Clear Concepts for the last 5 years though. I see it’s now called Your Water Matters. So hopefully they’re under new ownership and that will change. 🙏
