We have had our filtration system for a year and just had these guys out to check on the media and to make sure everything was working correctly. Our water is pretty bad and the water company tries to make it better by flooding it with chlorine.. Thankfully we have a service plan with them So what could have costed us $700 this year was free with our $39 monthly plan. Well worth the service to not have horrible water in our home! Definitely recommend their service plan!
