Not able to reach customer service
I purchase their product on 12/07/2019. I have not been able to reach anyone at the 888-506-5512 number except voicemail and no one ever returned calls. The number given by representative that came out disconnected. A order that the representative place for Pure and Gentle was never place so I have not received the product. I see all these great reviews in which I have not experience any of this great service so I am wonder who actually wrote these wow!
