Chris was my garage door customer service provider, and he went above and beyond to satisfy the job. He accommodated me while I was out and unavailable to get home when he called to come to the job. He was 100% honest with my issue, and provided me genuine and honest feedback for future decisions regarding buying doors for the future. Although my problem was not very major, he went ahead and made his trip worth while by making minor adjustments to the motor and hinges just so everything was perfect. Absolutely wonderful service, I will definitely be calling these guys back in the future.
