Had to have a spring replaced and was quoted over the phone that the parts would be anywhere from $80 to $160 depending on the type of garage door I have so I agreed to pay the $39 fee (which was a "special" discount for Mondays) for them to come out. Once here all of a sudden a single spring costs $269 with an additional $174 for installation. I'm ok with the installation costs but now the parts are $109 over the original estimate? Plus they already have $39 from me even if I don't use them. Total ripoff, will never use these crooks again.
