Worst experience I have had. Garage door spring was replaced in Feb, Technician out two days later as door was not working. 3 months later same spring breaks and told under warranty. Which ends up costing $250 for the service call and technician's time. COMPLETE RIPOFF!!!!! Manager refusing to escalate the situation. Would strongly suggest not to use.
