never showed up for estimate & ineffective at customer service
I tried to schedule an appointment twice. They said cheerfully, twice, that they would show up within a 2 hour window and that they would call 30 mins before showing up. In both cases, they didn't show up or call. I got a call 30 mins _after_ they were supposed to show up asking for a re-schedule. When I called the last time to cancel, the response I got was a cheerful: "Thank you!". The person on the phone didn't ask why, they didn't ask if they could help fix it or anything. It seemed downright rude.
