I called in the 800 number and Garage Door Service sent their technician. I told the technician that I want a quite garage garage and seal the space on both sides and bottom of the garage to avoid the draft. He gave me a quote of $1,300 and he is scheduled to do the job a couple of days after. I asked him to email me the quote but he did not. I called his company and they sent it to me. After reviewing the quote I asked how come the weather strips and new motor is not in the quote. but no one responded to the email. When the technician arrived on Sunday, I asked him about the quote emailed to me. He said those are standard quote being sent to the customer and he said that he will take care of my issue, quiet garage and sealing the gaps so air won't come in. After a couple of hours working he said he is done. I noticed the garage door when I open is still loud. He said he lubricated it to minimize the noise and that is the best thing he can do. The weather strips is not installed he said the parts is back order and he need to come back on Wednesday. He said he replaced the springs and tighten the rollers 12 of them for $1,300. This is a RIFF OFF!
