I have all my company vehicles sent to Jacob's Autorama, and I also take my personal vehicles there as well. That means I have about 8 vehicles that Jacob works on. Now, I have coworkers and employees that also bring him their personal vehicles because I recommended him.

I started going to Jacob's Autorama because he was close by, so it was convenient. However, I have continued with him as our mechanic for 7 or 8 years because of the service.

I haven't had any problems working with him. When something isn't right, Jacob fixes it. He is responsive and reliable. He is also very conscientious. He is always out to protect my interest, and gives me good advice. I recommend Jacob's Autorama highly.
