Booked a service call for central air conditioner and agreed to pay $99 for the repair call. Repairman arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and replaced the capacitor within 20 minutes, then told me I owed him $391. I questioned the amount and was told that the $99 service call was just for him to show up and the part cost and labor to install it was $292. Think I will call another repair company next time who includes the first 30 minutes of labor in their service call fee.
