Not only a thorough and extensive evaluation of our roof, gutter and leaking window/roof but the explanation by Will Moore was exceptionally clear and informative. I liked the smartphone pictures that were used to explain the good, bad and ugly features of our roof. And then taking the time to explain and respond to questions for clarification.
