Michael and Will called me 25 min before the appointment time and arrived on time around 9:00am today (Dec 8). They inspected the roof and took many pictures. They also explained issues while showing the pictures to me, such as exposed nails, broken seals, bird's feather under a roof shingle, etc. They sealed the exposed nails, loose shingles, etc. They also cleaned gutter. They took pictures of the their work (e.g. new seals) and showed them to me one by one. They also answered my questions. I am really happy with their service.
