Prompt arrival, early in fact. The technician, Alex, explained everything before he began and that was extremely helpful, and very unusual. Alex was very thorough, but not rushed. He took photos of everything and showed me what he had accomplished - which was a lot because my roof and gutters were in sad shape. And to topic it off, Alex was very personable - friendly, easy to talk to, and good natured. I expect to ask for Alex by name next time - unless he has moved up in the company, in which case I expect to him to sell me my new roof when it is needed.
