Great start, disappointing finish
I purchased replacement windows and a new bay window, along with installation. They were very prompt and enthusiastic to make the sale and do the installation. After the installation, the follow through with the service department seems to be lacking. Most recently, when up on a ladder painting my house, I noticed the flashing was pulling away from the top of the bay window. When I called, I was told the service department would call me back. A week later, I had not heard from anybody, so I called again. Finally spoke with the service department and was told that because it was past the 2 year warranty period, there would be a charge to have somebody come out to fix the problem. It was 2 years and less then 1 month past the installation date (install date September 2015; call date October 2017). I am sure the flashing was pulling away within the 2 year period. Who goes up on a ladder to check the flashing on their windows frequently? I am disappointed they chose to draw such a fine line in the sand.
