I brought my car to skill craft mid January with rear & front bumper damage due to a rear ended accident that happened in December. The associate that helped me was very nice so I felt very safe and comfortable. The associate updated me numerous times which was great. On 2/9 my car was ready for pick up so we go there to pick it up and there is still bumper damage & a new ding on the front of my car!! I was very upset. We leave and get updated that my insurance company will coming out to look at that damage. This was completely not needed because it was skill crafts fault for not finishing the car so why is insurance being asked to inspect it again? This damage that the insurance was coming to look at was something that just was not finished on skill crafts part. We waited another 4 days for this to happens. My insurance calls me after the inspection and tells me this damage was not there prior to bringing it in. I call skill craft and the only take responsibility for the front ding but not the back damage.I was told that they would talk to the manager about the back. Another waste of time which should've just been fixed without hesitation. I get an email next day saying the damage will be taken care of. All in all, this was a very long process which was not needed. The people are very nice but the situation was not handled like it should have been. With that said, I will not be bringing my cars back to this shop.
