They help to make a painful and difficult situation pleasant!!!
I initially chose Skillcraft because they were recommended by my insturance company. I haven't needed a body shop in many years so I was a little nervous. I was impressed with their professionalism the minute I walked in the door and that professionalism carried through with their customer service, follow through and ultimate results. This past year hasn't been a good year for me and my vehicles but Skillcraft has helped to ease those difficult times.
