I used Skill Craft's service in the past so when I needed body work on my E class Mercedes recently, I knew that I wanted to use Skill Craft again. I was quite pleased about one thing in particular that occurred this time. Lewis Bui, the service tech had called me to suggest I have some other minor cosmetic work done on the bumper, which would have cost an additional $95. I agreed to the price and to have the work performed. A few days later Lewis called me to tell me all the work was completed, and that since the entire bumper had to be refinished anyway, there would be no additional expense afterall. I was flabbergasted. I would have never known the difference had Lewis not been so forthcoming and I congratulate Skill Craft on the intergrity of your staff and your business overall. Kudos.
