I returned to Skill Craft for a second time in a year, with a different car and both mishaps were not my fault. The customer service is impeccable, they knew I was coming, rental car ready and they knew what they were doing. My car got whacked on the right rear quarter panel. They didn't leave a note, but a witness did. Police were called and they tracked down the hit and run guy. I met Lewis at SC and he inspected the damage. He noticed my left rear tire and rim had a slight scratch. He polished it and performed a 4 wheel alignment. Something I hadn't noticed. The car was returned in 4 days, perfect. Thank you Skill Craft.
