In today’s business world Customer Service has gone out the window. Not at Skill Craft though. While being in an auto accident is by no way a joyful experience, Michael and all the other people at Skill Craft helped to make it palatable. Now taking care of us and keeping us informed for the 3 weeks the car was in the shop was very nice. the true test was when we picked the car up. As they say "The proof is in the pudding." When we picked up our car, it looked beautiful. The workmanship in the job completed was awesome. We were very happy to see that a big job was done completed to perfection. Thank You! Thank you to Ray for putting together such a great team & Thank You to Michael for keeping us informed and handling all the insurance work. You all did the job that we hoped would be done. I strongly recommend that if anyone needs auto body and paint work, don't waste your time going anywhere else! This is where the service is!!
