I am completely satisfied in all phases of the project
Ive seen some reviews in here that are so petty,,some people can never be satisfied.
Like a recent one about two pieces of ..something came off...which was taken care off as it states...as the guarantee states but this “character “ gives Comfort Window all 1 out of 5 across the board.

I know first hand the of quality, craftsmanship, materials, warranties and customer service are superior to any company out there.
Sure are there bad days... are there misunderstandings here and there? Absilotuley. That’s life.
Bottom line this is one company that is there for the customer 100% of the way.
It appears they have over 73,000 customers state wide and still with so many folks they are able to maintain an A+ rating with BBB. And I’ve noticed they’ve got more accolades than anyone in the industry
It’s so easy to go on line n cry like a little baby.. but in the end you get your issued resolved and not take it back. Sounds to me like a job well done and follow up as promised.
