After an installation in April 2021 of only some of our windows, and some problems with them, we spent months contacting Comfort to try to find out the status of our project. It took us going in person twice to the Syracuse showroom to connect with people who could and would follow up on our project. Some of our issue was due to the supplier, which is understandable, but some was due to non-responsiveness by the local team. Thankfully this week our remaining windows were installed; the team headed by Jeremy was excellent. He explained that there was a small issue with a manufacturer's part, but assured us that the window worked fine as is (which it does), and he'd follow up on getting the corrected part ASAP. The local Comfort team renewed our faith in this company, and this squeaky wheel finally feels heard and well taken care of!
