I just wanted to thank you and your crew for all the help with my wifes car this past week. My wife is hard women to impress but we are both over the moon with your stellar customer service and quality of work. You and your tech really did go above and beyond and then some, it made a huge difference in our day to day living with how fast the car was done, the pricing adjustments, etc. I still cannot believe your tech hammered out all that work in basically a day before he left for his Mexico vacation. Sandy lane as a group has thoroughly impressed our entire family, in which other luxury cars are owned and will be brought to Sandy lane in the future when needed. My wifes car will never be entering an Edmonton BMW dealer or European car shop as long as I have a say. In ten years of owning the car and dealing with the dealer primarily we have never had such a great experience like the one we just had with you guys. I know we did not get to everything but when the time is right again we will be coming back knowing the car is in good hands.
