My interaction with Hinkle Pest Control was they were very helpful, and they did what they came out to do. The only reason why I didn't rate them higher was the lack of bugs could be related to weather. They sprayed for bugs indoor and outdoor. We had a problem with scorpions, so we were primarily doing it as a preventative measure. For the most part, it was successful, as I would say it was an eighty percent success rate.
