We wanted to participate in the Clark County Public Utilities window rehab program, in order to change the look of our home, and to make it more efficient. It was the perfect opportunity to make some improvements, and also qualify for an energy efficiency tax credit. Four Seasons Contracting was listed on a handout we received from the utilities company, and when we saw the name, we remembered hearing positive things about them from friends.

Four Seasons did a few different things for us, the first of which was to take out the fixture windows in our basement, and replace them with French doors. They basically had to redo the entire wall, and did a great job. They also replaced all the old insulation with a new, energy efficient variety. Now, we can walk out onto our back patio from the basement, which is really nice. Next, they installed a custom window in the front of our home, which helped make the area more airy, with better natural light. This, too, was a great improvement to the look and feel of our home.

Four Seasons had a lot of ideas as to how to give us what we wanted, and were great about working with us. They have a large inventory, but will take the time to make sure the windows you get are the right fit for you. They are very knowledgeable about the products they carry, and can cover any situation. For example, our house faces west, which brings up issues of glare, among other things, and they helped us address any potential issues.

They are also a family company, which was important to us. They were great to deal with, very personal, and worked well with our dogs. It was a great experience, and we are happy.
