I needed a new water heater installed because our old one was leaking all over the floor one morning. I wasn't sure whether to call an appliance store, or a plumber. I did a search online and found OPP. They were great from start to finish. They came out to see about a repair but like I suspected my 24 year old water heater was not worth repairing. I was shown several options for replacement with prices for each including a very efficient tankless. I chose the tankless, and it was installed the same day, and I Scheduled OPP back in a couple of weeks to run a recirculating pipe back to the water heater to save water. The tankless they installed already has a recirculating pump in it so I won't need to buy that separate.
