i'm not a guy who post reviews online. And truth be told, i dont expect much from today's working world in terms of "doing their job well." And mechanics!!??? enough said. BUT WAIT...these guys (and ladies) at Superior Care are on point when it comes to professionalism, explaining car issues in laymen's terms, clear communication (in person and via online). i'm not saying you'll have the same amazing experience, im just saying they set the standard when it comes to running a business in NYC!!!!
