I must say that I miss Lyndsay! The young woman behind the desk who helped me when I came to pick up the car could not explain why the total was higher than what I was quoted over the phone. She insisted that I misunderstood Frank which was not the case. The job took longer than originally anticipated. Having someone in the know at the front desk is invaluable.
