Terrible customer service.
I don't know if this place has honest mechanics or not, because they didn't even try to fix my car. They have a very serious problem with customer service.
I brought in my Pontiac on a Thursday morning to have a "check engine" light taken care of, and also asked them to perform a few scheduled maintenance items. They said they would call before starting work, and asked if I could pick it up the next day. I said sure.
Thursday goes by, no call. Friday morning, no call. At 1 p.m. on Friday, I call them and ask what's going on. They said Mike was busy and would call me back by 2 p.m. No call. Finally at 4:30 I call again, knowing they close at 5:30 and aren't open on the weekend. (I need my car this weekend.) Mike says, oh, we're just pulling your car in now. Now, after you've had it for two days? So you're obviously not going to have time to fix it before you close, right, Mike? No, he says, sorry, we couldn't get to it. When I picked up the car, I got the same shrug and casual apology -- Mike didn't seem to care that he had wasted my time, lost a customer, and earned a bad recommendation. He never even had the decency to call me and tell me there might be a problem.
Is this place the Rao's of car repair or something? I don't know if you have to be the manager's cousin to get your car fixed here, but I'll never find out, because I'm not going back.
