Superior makes it easy and pleasant to drop off and pick up your car; someone always answers the phone and sends email or text reminders. Managers are always available to answer questions or explain what is happening, even offering choices of things that could be done.
I have experienced a pattern of minor problems happening *right* after I pick up the car: a warning light goes off, radiator fluid isn't replaced, or a fan is replaced improperly requiring a return to the garage soon after. If Superior could address these performance issues with the mechanics, it would be ideal.
