Extremely friendly, easy to talk to in person and on the phone. They are organized to meet the needs of the customer. Internet friendly and emailed appointment confirmation. They took my car in and did a complete check up for the mileage, much like a physical at the doctor and they then recommended a couple of things but didn't push it on me to fix. They also asked questions about the car to try and determine if things are necessary or could wait. In the end I replaced the drive belts and fixed a slow leaking tire. I felt they were priced well and I would go back to them. I would recommend to others. They were respectful and willing to educate you on parts of the car and what needs to be done.
